- Today
Current focus
AI consulting and CMMC readiness, alongside long-standing IT management and infrastructure work.
How the work is done
- Direct
- The person who assesses a problem is the person who solves it. No hand-offs between sales and delivery.
- Practical
- Recommendations are sized to the organization and its budget, and favor what can be maintained over what is fashionable.
- Hands-on
- Strategy and implementation stay connected, so advice reflects what actually works in production.
- Durable
- Solutions are documented and built so others can understand and operate them after an engagement ends.
- Selective
- A limited number of engagements at a time keeps attention where it belongs.
